University Admission to start from August 5, classes to commence from August 15

The UP Government lately announced that the admissions for the UG and PG will start from the 5th of August 2021. However, post the admissions, the classes will begin from August 15, 2021.

The University and colleges will open keeping in mind all the safety measures like making the mask mandatory and social distancing.

The authority told the education department to make sure to conduct the entrance examination for the 3rd year at the Graduation level on time. Furthermore, the authorities are also taking steps to conduct the B.Ed examination transparently.

The District Magistrate and the Police commissioner will monitor this whole procedure with full caution.

This decision was made after the UP Government announced to open high and intermediate schools from the 16th of August 2021. Schools will operate in two shifts of four hours each. The classes in schools in UP will commence with 50% attendance.

Also, the schools must have the written consent of the parents of the students allowing them to attend schools. If they do not have the written consent, then they will not provide admission to the students.
