Ques: Can I work abroad with a B.Tech degree?

A B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) degree is well recognized internationally, and you can work abroad in many countries. However, the requirements vary with the country you wish to move to. The U.S., Canada, the UK, and Australia have systems to assess foreign qualifications, sometimes requiring additional documentation, recognition processes, or exams. These qualifications would either be immediately recognized or even have to go through local professional bodies' appraisal. For instance, you will have to send your degree out for appraisal to credential evaluation agencies. Also, the acquisition of a work visa is very dependent on your qualification and the level of demand that exists in that field.

High-demand sectors: If you have a qualification that falls under highly demanded sectors, such as information technology or engineering, then there is more chances of access in employment abroad. Sometimes, relevant certifications or short courses in relation to the requirement job market of the destination country can be done that can increase your opportunities of getting employed. Before applying for a visa, specifically for B.Tech graduates, research on that country's visa policy or professional requirements.
