BSc in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) is an upper-level course lasting 3 to 4 years, enabling students to assit medical professionals such as surgeons, nurses, and anesthetists. The program covers surgical procedures, human anatomy, Anesthesia techniques, infection control, sterilization methods, and the advanced technology used in surgeries. Handling of surgical instruments, patient monitoring, and compliance with hygiene protocols are equally important and taught as parts of the prudential training. During ground hospital work, students are taught by practicing medical doctors.
