Students must learn several medical and healthcare subjects through the ANM (Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery) program curriculum. The ANM (Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery) education centers around Anatomy and Physiology as core subjects together with Nutrition which teaches about dietary needs and shortages. The focus of Community Health Nursing includes both public health education and sanitary practices together with sanitization knowledge. The important subjects of Midwifery and Child Health Nursing cover maternal care and care for mothers during pregnancy alongside postpartum care and in-facility newborn care.
The curriculum at Simrol College of Nursing implements three additional courses about Primary Healthcare together with Environmental Hygiene and Communicable Diseases to train students for their upcoming rural and community healthcare jobs. The Pharmacology course demonstrates drug administration skills and drug use knowledge but Mental Health provides instruction about psychiatric treatment and counseling. Students conduct hands-on learning exercises through hospital and community health center training sessions.
