1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the AME CET website, examination portal, counselling services, scholarship services, communication channels, and other related services offered through www.amecet.in.

AME CET is conducted by UDAI AVIATION PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

By accessing the website, registering for AME CET, making a payment, participating in the examination or counselling process, or using any AME CET service, the candidate and, where applicable, the candidate's parent or guardian agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of AME CET Services

AME CET provides a common entrance examination, scholarship assessment, counselling support, course guidance, and admission facilitation for participating educational institutions.

AME CET is not itself an aviation training institute, university, college, flying training organisation, or degree-awarding body. Academic instruction, practical training, flying training, certification, affiliation, and final admission are provided by the respective participating institutions, subject to their applicable approvals and policies.

Registration for AME CET does not by itself guarantee:

• Admission to any institution
• Allotment of a particular course or campus
• Scholarship approval
• Employment or placement
• Issuance of any licence, degree, diploma, or certificate
• Approval by any government or regulatory authority

3. Accuracy of Website Information

AME CET makes reasonable efforts to keep the information published on its website accurate and current.

However, examination schedules, eligibility criteria, scholarship details, participating institutions, available courses, seat availability, fees, counselling procedures, regulatory approvals, and admission policies may change from time to time.

Candidates should verify important information through official AME CET communications and, where relevant, directly with the concerned institution or regulatory authority before making an admission or payment decision.

AME CET may update, correct, modify, suspend, or remove website information without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

4. Candidate Eligibility and Responsibility

The candidate is responsible for:

• Checking the applicable eligibility criteria before registration
• Providing complete, accurate, and current information
• Submitting valid documents
• Checking examination and counselling notifications
• Attending the examination and counselling according to the announced schedule
• Complying with all instructions issued by AME CET

Submission of an application does not confirm eligibility. Eligibility may be verified at any stage of the examination, scholarship, counselling, or admission process.

5. Accuracy of Candidate Information

Candidates must enter their name, parent's or guardian's name, date of birth, academic details, and other information exactly as shown in their official records, including:

• Class 10 certificate or marksheet
• Class 12 certificate or marksheet
• Government-issued identity proof
• Other supporting documents

AME CET will not be responsible for problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent information submitted by the candidate.

Requests for correction may be subject to verification, applicable deadlines, administrative conditions, and correction charges, where announced.

6. Login Credentials and Account Security

Candidates must keep their registration number, password, examination login details, OTPs, and other account credentials confidential.

Candidates must not share their login credentials with any unauthorised person.

Any loss, misuse, suspected misuse, or unauthorised access must be reported immediately to AME CET.

Until such misuse is reported, activity carried out through the candidate's account may be treated as activity authorised by the candidate, subject to verification and applicable law.

AME CET may temporarily suspend or restrict an account where fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorised, or prohibited activity is detected.

7. Examination Rules

Candidates must follow all examination instructions, including requirements relating to:

• Identity verification
• Reporting time
• Permitted and prohibited materials
• Technical requirements for online examinations
• Conduct during the examination
• Submission of responses
• Anti-cheating and proctoring procedures

AME CET may cancel or withhold a candidate's examination, result, scholarship, or counselling eligibility where there is evidence of:

• Impersonation
• Use of unfair means
• Submission of forged or altered documents
• Misconduct
• Unauthorised assistance
• Breach of examination security
• Violation of published examination instructions

The candidate may be given an opportunity to provide clarification where appropriate.

8. Registration Fee

The AME CET registration fee covers administrative and examination-related services.

The registration fee is generally non-refundable after successful submission of the application, except where:

• Payment has been deducted more than once
• The transaction has failed but the amount has been received by AME CET
• AME CET is unable to provide the registered service
• A refund is required under applicable law

A candidate's absence, change of plan, ineligibility caused by incorrect information, failure to attend, or failure to follow examination instructions will ordinarily not qualify for a refund.

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method or another authorised method after verification.

9. Rescheduling, Postponement and Cancellation

AME CET may postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel an examination or counselling activity due to circumstances including:

• Natural disasters
• Government directions
• Public health emergencies
• Technical failure
• Security concerns
• Administrative requirements
• Disruption of transport or communication services
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Where an examination is rescheduled, the candidate will normally be permitted to attend on the revised date, subject to the applicable instructions.

Where AME CET permanently cancels a paid service without providing a reasonable alternative, the applicable refund or adjustment policy will be communicated to affected candidates.

10. Scholarship

Scholarships may be based on examination performance, rank, category, eligibility, document verification, institutional policy, available scholarship seats, and other announced conditions.

A scholarship may represent a concession in tuition fees, admission fees, or another specified component. Unless expressly stated, it should not be understood as a cash payment.

Scholarship benefits may differ by institution, course, category, and academic session.

AME CET may cancel or revise a scholarship where the candidate:

• Provides incorrect or misleading information
• Submits invalid documents
• Fails to complete counselling or admission within the prescribed deadline
• Does not satisfy the applicable eligibility criteria
• Violates examination or counselling rules

11. Counselling and Seat Allotment

Counselling may be conducted online, offline, by telephone, or through another announced method.

Course and institution allotment may depend on:

• Examination rank
• Eligibility
• Candidate preference
• Seat availability
• Scholarship category
• Document verification
• Participating institution criteria
• Timely payment of applicable charges

Seat allotment is provisional until all documents, eligibility requirements, institutional conditions, and applicable payments are completed.

12. Counselling or Seat-Booking Fee

Where a counselling, seat-booking, or admission facilitation fee is charged, its purpose and adjustment terms will be disclosed before payment.

Where expressly stated, the amount may be adjusted against fees payable to the allotted participating institution.

After the candidate accepts or locks a seat and AME CET or the institution begins processing that allotment, the amount may become non-refundable, subject to:

• The disclosed refund policy
• The institution's applicable rules
• Rights available under applicable law

Candidates should review the applicable fee and refund terms before locking a seat.

13. False Information and Cancellation

AME CET may reject an application, cancel registration, withhold a result, withdraw a scholarship, cancel counselling eligibility, or withdraw an allotment where it is found that the candidate has:

• Made a false or misleading statement
• Concealed important information
• Submitted forged, altered, or invalid documents
• Failed to satisfy eligibility requirements
• Violated these Terms and Conditions

Such action may be taken after reasonable verification and, where appropriate, after allowing the candidate to submit an explanation.

14. Participating Institutions

Participating institutions are independent entities responsible for their own:

• Academic programs
• Faculty
• Infrastructure
• Fee structures
• Refund policies
• Accommodation
• Training
• Attendance requirements
• Examinations
• Licences or certifications
• Placements
• Regulatory compliance

Candidates must independently review the institution's current approvals, affiliations, recognition, infrastructure, fee structure, training facilities, placement information, and admission terms before taking admission.

AME CET is not responsible for an institution's independent academic, administrative, financial, or operational decisions, except to the extent required under applicable law or an express written commitment made by AME CET.

15. Communications

Candidates may receive communications through:

• Telephone calls
• Email
• SMS
• WhatsApp
• Website notifications
• The student portal

These communications may include examination information, admit cards, results, counselling schedules, scholarship details, admission updates, reminders, and educational information.

Candidates are responsible for maintaining an active and correct mobile number and email address.

Promotional communications may be opted out of, but essential examination, payment, counselling, and service-related communications may continue.

16. Website Use

Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorised access to the website or examination systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, automated scripts, or harmful code
• Copy or misuse protected examination material
• Interfere with website operation
• Collect candidate data without authorisation
• Impersonate another person
• Use AME CET content for unlawful or misleading purposes

AME CET may restrict or block access where misuse or a security threat is detected.

17. Intellectual Property

The AME CET name, logo, examination material, website design, text, graphics, videos, databases, scholarship material, and other original content may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may access such content for personal and informational use only.

No content may be copied, republished, sold, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

18. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to participating institutions, payment gateways, government portals, regulatory authorities, social media platforms, or other third-party services.

AME CET does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Users should review the terms and policies of third-party services before using them.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AME CET will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from:

• Incorrect information submitted by a candidate
• Failure to check notifications
• Third-party institution decisions
• Internet, device, payment gateway, or communication failures
• Unauthorised use of candidate credentials
• Events beyond reasonable control
• Reliance on outdated third-party information

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any statutory rights available to a consumer.

20. Force Majeure

AME CET will not be treated as being in breach of these Terms for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, civil disturbance, internet outages, cyber incidents, technical failures, or disruption of essential services.

AME CET will make reasonable efforts to communicate alternative arrangements where possible.

21. Complaints and Grievances

Candidates should first contact AME CET regarding any examination, payment, scholarship, counselling, or service-related complaint.

The candidate should provide the registration number, contact details, payment reference where applicable, and a clear description of the issue.

AME CET will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to valid complaints.

22. Changes to These Terms

AME CET may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in law, examination procedures, services, technology, or institutional arrangements.

The revised terms will be published on the website with an updated revision date.

Material changes affecting an already registered examination or paid service will be communicated where reasonably required.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable consumer and other laws, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts and tribunals in New Delhi, India.
